High Voltage Engineering Pty Ltd (HVE or HV Engineering) is an Australian family owned Company with major bases in southeast Queensland and Tasmania, specialising in erection, commissioning, refurbishment, maintenance, oil testing, treatment & purification, onsite full oil regeneration, transformer and transformer oil sales, onsite HV
testing of mining, industrial, marine / offshore, distribution, transmission & power transformers to 500 Kv. Contract maintenance / inspection services are also offered for your entire HV network.
We have the personnel, knowledge base, experience, expertise & equipment undertaking transformer, testing & oil works in Australian, PNG, NZ & Asia /Pacific regions.
HVE own all it's equipment and are completely autonomous while
operating in the field - we experience no delays waiting for equipment
or services to be provided by external suppliers /contractors.
We maintain a sub branch with all essential equipment on hand in Melbourne VIC, and a major base including a full machine shop & facilities base in Launceston TAS.
Unlike some opposition Companies, HVE specialise ONLY in
transformer and oil works thereby cementing our reputation for transformer
specialist expertise and capability within the industry. To date, we have NEVER had to return to one of our transformers for warranty or repair work related to our expertise or quality of workmanship. Very few other transformer erection / maintenance / refurbishment contractors in Australia can make this claim. The Company management are "hands on" and are regularly in the field.
Our Company philosophy is to forge close working relationships with our Customers, enabling the trust and respect generated by both parties to achieve successful project outcomes. Our Code of Conduct adheres to old fashioned values, quoting honestly and fairly in the first instance. We do not quote low on a job and try to make profits by lodging additional variations and claims. There will be NO surprises.
HVE strive to keep cost and charges relevant and competitive. We work hard to ensure our Customers receive excellent value for money and remain and or become repeat Customers. Customer feedback is requested and welcomed.
HVE also have a strong commitment to quality & safety, with the Company passing 14,310 days LTI free, as of June 30, 2021. HVE have instituted a Code of Conduct which defines how we interact with all parties and clearly outlines our expectations and how we conduct our business. We welcome input from our Customers whereby we can make our services more user friendly, cost effective and efficient.
HVE would also welcome hearing from interested parties requiring ongoing contract maintenance / inspection provision, transformer maintenance and assembly, refurbishment works or oil treatment / regeneration in other countries or regions.
