Terms & Conditions
DEFINITIONS :
The following definitions are clarified as follows :
HVE will be deemed to be High Voltage Engineering (Tas) Pty Ltd ACN 107 724 587.
The CUSTOMER shall be deemed the Company, Organisation, Individual or other as may be nominated in any HVE quotation or correspondence.
The PRINCIPAL may be deemed to be a third party Company, Organisation, Individual or other as may be nominated by the Customer, or for whom the CUSTOMER may have HVE undertake Works on their behalf.
The WORKS shall be deemed to be all that as specified within the Schedules of Quotation relating to the Works as issued by HVE.
PRICING :
All pricing and quotations issued by High Voltage Engineering will be in Australian Dollars unless otherwise expressly specified.
All pricing as detailed above will be GST EXCLUSIVE unless otherwise expressly specified.
Duration of pricing and quotations will generally be 30 days from the issue of the pricing or quotation.
Extensions of time related to pricing or quotations are by negotiation and the Customer will need to receive written confirmation from an authorised representative of HVE.
COMMERCIAL TERMS :
HVE’s standard terms are 30 days nett from the date of invoice transmission or despatch, whichever is earliest.
Variation to the 30 days nett are by previous arrangement with HVE. Note – for some specific Works the terms of payment may be varied to suit / accommodate Works schedules or requirements by either HVE or the Customer upon satisfactory negotiation.
Invoice submission will be in electronic form, usually submitted by email.
Payment of invoices / claims, etc will be by electronic direct deposit to the bsb / account number nominated on each HVE invoice. Banking and international money transfer costs shall be borne by the Customer.
QUOTATIONS / CORRESPONDENCE :
Quotations and or correspondence will be usually by email followed up by hard copy through Australia Post mail. All correspondence is in PDF format. Any correspondence not in PDF format is to be disregarded, or the Customer is to seek clarification from HVE as to the authenticity prior to relying or acting upon information contained therein.
