Mobile Oil Regeneration Capability

HVE have acquired the mobile oil regeneration truck and associated equipment from Hydrodec Australia PLC.  The Regen truck is a PROVEN unit with a verifiable history of excellent results, having been operated successfully for more than 10 years, providing complete onsite, online or offline, oil regeneration to customers in Australia, PNG, New Zealand and Asia Pacific regions.  HVE personnel have undertaken comprehensive pre- purchase training in the operation of this equipment and together with their prior experience operating vacuum dehydrating oil treatment plants, can offer a professional service. Recently this unit has successfully completed works in Tasmania for Nyrstar zincworks , Taswater Hobart, Forico woodchip mills at various locations, for South Australian Power Networks (SAPN) and supply of bulk regenerated transformer for a central Queensland mine.
 

The unit has undergone upgrades and improvements to ensure it remains a top performer in the field of onsite oil regeneration. The unit has onboard oil testing capability to verify satisfactory progression of oil treatment - IFT, moisture analysis, dielectric strength and colour testing are undertaken.
 

HVE utilise a blended bauxite product for our regenerative adsorbent which has been stated as the preferred method of filtration by leading NSW energy utilities due to its higher efficiency, longer regenerative life, reduced fire risk compared to fuller's earth regenerative processes, and reduced environmental impact / disposal problems compared to fuller's earth. Our treatment process leaves no trace chemicals within the transformer and can remove corrosive sulphur from transformer oil.

Additional benefits to Customers are that our field teams not only offer Oil Regeneration services, they are experienced, qualified and equipped to undertake  routine, emergent maintenance, refurbishments and high voltage testing on the transformers, thereby value adding for the Customer.
 

WE ALSO HAVE REGENERATED TRANSFORMER OIL FOR SALE, WITH CERTIFICATION, IN SMALL TO MEDIUM BATCH UNITS ( 20, 205, 1000, 13000 and 21000 litres per delivery). Consignment and delivery can be arranged as part of the sale process.
