We keep up  to date with modern methodology and procedures to ensure our personnel are the best trained people in the industry. Our personnel are multi skilled electrical, engineering & construction industry tradesmen and electrical / engineering professionals.

HVE specialises in onsite construction for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) and can offer a superior service to manufacturers mostly with very short lead times. Our people are service, quality & safety oriented, are aware they represent  the manufacturer onsite, often being the interface between the Customer / Manufacturer. We have achieved accreditation and preferred contractor status with local and overseas transformer manufacturers.

In addition to undertaking transformer erection works for Manufacturers, we regularly undertake consultancy, design, warranty & maintenance works associated with the transformer during it's service life.

We specialise in the treatment of transformer oils from new transformer fills to vacuum dehydration, oil refurbishment, retrofills, regenerated transformer oil sales generally exceeding the Australian Standard, oil disposal, onsite online or offline full oil regeneration (large and small capacity units to suit all size transformers), oil passivation, and long term low impact oil filtration. Turbine oils, compressor oils and HV cable oils also can be filtered or regenerated. Dependent on the Customer's requirement, oil treatment and regeneration works can be undertaken either online in some circumstances or offline. We also have several small profile oil treatment plants for restricted access applications.

We have recently purchased onsite oil regeneration business and equipment from a long established, proven contractor (Hydrodec PLC) and is available now for project works.

Transformer scheduled and emergent maintenance, condition monitoring, high voltage testing, earthing and earth testing, upgrades, transformer refurbishments, pre purchase condition inspection and reporting, relocations, decommissioning and SF6 gas handling are also undertaken.

We also offer equipment and labour hire to the energy sector.
